Butterfly's Desavathara movie

                 Kamal Haasan's Dasavathaaram movie was released when I was in 7th standard. I watched that movie with scientific curiosity, but when I got to the degree level, Dr Sharmila teacher introduced another subtle and beautiful aspect of Dasavatara. Later, when I saw the movie, I could see that Kamal Haasan has used physics beautifully in it.

In the beginning of the film is starting from Govind's(Scientist Kamal hassan) speech in that he was saying the 12th-century Rangarajanambi (old Kamala Haasan) and Vishnu idol placed in the sea are related to the 2004 tsunami, He is connecting two entirely different events using chaos theory.

**What is chaos theory?***

Although it can be quickly said that Behind every complexity there is a symmetry, Lorentz (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Norton_Lorenz) introduces chaos theory using the butterfly effect. The butterfly effect is that, the flapping of a butterfly's wings can turn into a huge storm. This can be reminiscent of butterflies fluttering around the screen annoyingly since the start of Dasavatara film. Kamala Haasan says that the small change that occurred when the Vishnu idol fell into the ocean may have evolved into a big tsunami and all these things may have been pre-determined.

Another feature of Chaos theory is links. Is Kamal Haasan trying to find a link somewhere between Rangarajanambi (old Kamal Haasan) and Govinda. when the boy throws a stone towards Rangarajanambi and the wound Govinda gets on the wall when he is shot by the security from the US. Where both the wounds are similar to the cut on the forehead of the Vishnu idol.(see the picture)

#Chaos theory is completely mathematically proven, but we need to find out how much it affects our universe and how it affects human life. Until we find it, let's call this beautiful complexity as God or creator or whatever you like.

The relationship between Govindaraja and Rangarajanambi has been explained earlier but why did Govindaraja become an atheist?. 

Perhaps when Rangarajanambi drowned in the ocean, he felt that there was no God, or the son who had done the deed to his living father may have reached Govindaraja through a precise mutation.(How it will happen? To be honest, don't know. Just added it as masala.)

****The Power That Controls Us Unknowingly?*****

Govind is came to India with his virus without even knowing about it (the travel). There too he reaches the shore in search of sodium chloride (NaCl) and reaches the exact place where the tsunami will happen on earth!! There, just minutes before the tsunami Fletcher (the villain) swallows the virus, the tsunami came and instead of billions, thousands of people died. (Quite strange!! But, there is no question in the story). , ,  If the question is whether this is possible or not, theoretically it has to be said yes!!!!!. Because chaos theory is mathematically correct. 

Then can we predict this?, I think it is because of its complexity that physicists are often unable to accurately predict the course of the universe.(Computational limits natural constraints etc)

**** Predetermination ****

Predetermination is something that can be found throughout the film.

1. If Govind wants to escape from the tsunami, the help of the Japanese man is essential. (Indians were not familiar with Tsunami till then). For the Japanese to come there, his sister must die. Which means that death must be predetermined. !!!!

2. Is it not pre-determined that Govind puts his virus in the same envelope(even the colours were the same) sent by his friend back home without even knowing it and that it reaches India?

3. After 12 centuries the Vishnu idol reaches the ocean knowing that the virus will be coming there and it will eradicate the world itself. Who predicted all this?

*Does God exist anymore???*

Kamal Haasan finally gives the answer to this "It is not that there is no God, it would be better if there were"(personally I loved this dialogue).

The answer given by Sri Vaisakhan Thampi(Another science communicator) would be appropriate for this. If we consider a car, it is a complex device, then its maker or creator i.e. man must be more complex than the car. So who created man? It must be more complex than that. The one who created that creator must be more complex than that. So who is God? Who is this creator? It is a question that will go on forever.

But we can call it as God, the one who gives the complexity and links in life who controls us without knowing it (personal opinion).

Throughout the film, Kamal Haasan says that Govind and the heroine are saved and that God who separated them brought them together. The hero and heroine walk with the idol throughout the film. Even there, the people of the world can say that God guided them. As Richard Feynman said God playing games on you...We are trying to find out the rules of that game.

A noteworthy feature of Dasavatharam is the commendable performance of actor Kamal Haasan, who portrayed all ten characters beautifully.

Knowing that he is also the scriptwriter of this film makes it even more interesting. When physics is also mixed in it respect towards him is increasing.

The music is also very beautiful.

Please forgive me if this review is boring with the mixing of unnecessary "beautiful theories". Since the writer himself is a type of psycho who mixes theories and amuses himself with no reason.
